picklq Banking: Deposits, Withdrawals and Account Verification
This page covers every money operation your picklq account supports — funding your wallet, requesting a payout, and completing the identity check that keeps your balance accessible. Your deposit options include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, InstaPay, PESONet, and Bank Transfer, all reachable from the Cashier tab once you are logged in. The withdrawal path follows the same wallet you used to deposit, so your funds return to the source you already verified.
Account security on picklq banking is layered across the session, the wallet link, and the support path. Each layer below is active on your account and does not require you to configure anything beyond the standard verification step.
Domain Check Before Login
Always confirm the address bar shows picklq before entering your credentials. Our banking page is served only from this domain. If a link takes you anywhere else, close it and return directly. Your login details and wallet connection are valid on this domain only.
Identity Verification on Withdrawals
Before a withdrawal is processed, your account requires a completed identity check. This matches the name on your GCash, Maya or Bank Transfer account against the name registered on picklq. The step is completed once in Settings and stays active for all future payouts.
Wallet Ownership Confirmation
We only release funds to a payment method you have verified as yours. If you add a new GCash number or a different Maya account, a short re-verification is required before that wallet becomes an active withdrawal destination. This stops any third-party from redirecting your balance.
Support Access for Disputed Transactions
If a deposit posts to your GCash or InstaPay but does not appear in your picklq wallet, contact support through the Help channel inside your account. Have your transaction reference number ready. The support team can match the incoming record against your wallet history.
TRANSACTION MATCHING
Match Your Wallet Record to Your picklq Account History
Every deposit and withdrawal creates a record on both sides: your GCash, Maya or bank statement, and your picklq transaction history. Knowing what to compare saves time when a transfer needs to be checked.
Reference Number
Your GCash app, Maya, or bank generates a reference number for every outbound transfer. Copy this before closing the confirmation screen. Inside picklq, open Account History and match it against the reference field on the corresponding deposit entry. These two numbers should be identical.
Status Labels in Account History
Transactions in your Account History carry one of three status labels: Pending, Confirmed, or Rejected. Pending means the record has been received and is being matched. Confirmed means your balance has been updated. Rejected means the transfer could not be applied and the funds return to your source wallet.
Account History Access Path
From your account dashboard, tap the profile icon, then select Transaction History. You can filter by deposit or withdrawal, and by date range. Each row shows the payment method used — GCash, InstaPay, PESONet or Bank Transfer — alongside the amount and current status label.
What to Keep as Evidence
Save your e-wallet confirmation screenshot and note the exact transfer amount and timestamp. If you contact support about a delayed transaction, these two details — the reference number and the timestamp — are what the team needs to locate the record on the picklq side and resolve the query.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment Options Available in Your picklq Cashier
The Cashier tab inside your account lists every active payment channel. All methods below are available for deposits; eligible withdrawal methods depend on the verification status of your linked wallet. Availability is subject to local law and the eligible regions we serve in the Philippines.
GCash
Link your GCash mobile number in the Cashier section to fund your account or request a payout directly to your GCash wallet.
Maya
Maya accounts are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals. Verify your Maya number under Payment Methods in Settings before requesting your first payout.
GrabPay
GrabPay is available as a deposit channel through the Cashier tab. Select GrabPay, enter the amount, and confirm via your GrabPay app.
InstaPay
Use InstaPay to transfer from any participating Philippine bank or e-wallet directly to your picklq account. The Cashier displays the receiving account details.
PESONet
PESONet supports bank-to-account transfers within the Philippine banking network. Select PESONet in the Cashier and follow the transfer instructions shown.
Bank Transfer
Direct bank transfers are accepted from major Philippine banks. The Cashier section shows the account details to use and the reference format required for matching.
ACCOUNT VERIFICATION
Complete Your picklq Account Verification
Verification confirms that the person requesting a withdrawal is the registered account holder and that the destination wallet belongs to you. We ask for this once, and it stays on your account permanently once approved. Completing it early means your first withdrawal moves without delay. The documents accepted are a government-issued photo ID and a clear screenshot or PDF of your linked e-wallet account showing your registered name. Upload both through Settings, then select Identity Verification. The review process follows the steps shown on that screen. We do not access your device or wallet beyond the documents you submit.
Prepare Your ID
A Philippine government-issued ID with your photo and full name — such as a national ID, passport, or driver's licence — is required. Make sure the photo and text are clearly visible before uploading.
Confirm Your Wallet Name
The name on your GCash, Maya or bank account must match the name on your picklq registration exactly. A screenshot of your e-wallet profile page showing your registered name is the standard supporting document.
Submit Through Settings
Open Settings on your account, select Identity Verification, and follow the upload fields shown there. You will receive an in-account notification once the review is complete.
Why This Protects Your Balance
Verification prevents anyone else from withdrawing funds from your account, even if they access your login. Only a verified wallet in your name can receive a payout from picklq.
PAYOUT REQUEST
Request a Withdrawal to Your Linked Wallet
Withdrawing from picklq sends your balance back to the payment method registered under your account. Before starting, check that your identity verification is complete and that the wallet you plan to use is listed as verified under Payment Methods in Settings. Your available balance — the amount eligible for withdrawal — is shown at the top of the Cashier section. Only amounts within that figure can be requested. If your available balance differs from your total balance, the Cashier screen explains the reason, typically a pending deposit confirmation or an active session.
Open the Cashier and Select Withdraw
Log in, tap the Cashier tab, and choose the Withdraw option. The screen shows your available balance and the verified payment methods on your account.
Choose Your Payout Method
Select GCash, Maya, InstaPay, PESONet or Bank Transfer from the methods listed. Only verified and active methods appear. If a method is greyed out, complete its verification step first.
Enter the Amount and Confirm
Type the amount within the range shown on screen. Review the destination wallet details on the confirmation screen, then submit. You will receive an in-account notification once the request is logged.
Track the Status in Account History
Open Transaction History to see the withdrawal status: Pending, Confirmed or Rejected. If a withdrawal shows Rejected, the funds return to your picklq balance and the reason is noted in the history entry.
FUNDING YOUR ACCOUNT
Add Funds to Your picklq Wallet
Funding your account starts from the Cashier tab, which is accessible immediately after login on both mobile and desktop. Your current balance is shown at the top of the screen, and the deposit form is one tap below it. Choose the payment method that matches the e-wallet or bank you want to use — GCash and Maya are the most direct for Philippines-based accounts, while InstaPay and PESONet cover bank-to-account transfers. For GCash and Maya, the Cashier redirects you to the app to approve the transfer.
Log In and Open the Cashier
After logging in, tap Cashier at the top of the screen. Your current wallet balance and all available deposit methods are listed here. No additional navigation is needed.
Select Your Wallet or Bank
Choose from GCash, Maya, GrabPay, InstaPay, PESONet or Bank Transfer. Each method shows the steps for that specific channel. GCash and Maya redirect to their respective apps for approval.
Enter the Amount and Note the Reference
Type the amount within the limits shown, then copy or note the reference number displayed. For bank-based methods, include this reference exactly as shown when completing the transfer in your bank app.
Confirm and Check Your Balance
Once the transfer is sent, return to the Cashier or Transaction History to watch the status update. When the status moves to Confirmed, the amount is credited to your picklq wallet and ready to use.
BANKING QUESTIONS
Frequently Asked Questions About picklq Banking
These are the questions we see most often from members navigating the Cashier and account verification for the first time. If your question is not covered here, reach out through the Help channel inside your account.
Which payment methods can I use to deposit on picklq?
The Cashier section of your picklq account lists GCash, Maya, GrabPay, InstaPay, PESONet and Bank Transfer as deposit options. Available methods may vary based on your account status and the eligible region you are accessing from. Local law applies.
Why has my GCash deposit not appeared in my picklq wallet yet?
Check your GCash app to confirm the transfer was completed and note the reference number. Then open Transaction History in your picklq account. If the status shows Pending, the deposit is being matched. If it is not listed at all, contact support with your GCash reference number and transfer timestamp.
Do I need to verify my identity before making a withdrawal?
Yes. Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal. Open Settings, select Identity Verification, and upload a government-issued photo ID along with a screenshot of your registered e-wallet name. Once approved, verification stays active and is not repeated for subsequent withdrawals.
Can I withdraw to a different GCash number than the one I deposited from?
Withdrawals are released only to a verified payment method registered in your name. If you want to use a different GCash number, add it under Payment Methods in Settings and complete the short wallet ownership verification before it becomes available as a withdrawal destination.
What is the minimum deposit amount on picklq?
Minimum deposit amounts are shown on the Cashier screen for each payment method at the time you select it. We do not publish a fixed figure here because limits are confirmed at the point of transaction and may reflect the method or account tier in effect at that moment.
What should I do if my withdrawal shows a Rejected status?
A rejected withdrawal means the request could not be processed, and the amount returns automatically to your picklq balance. The rejection reason appears in the Transaction History entry. Review that note first, then contact the Help channel inside your account if the reason is unclear or if the balance has not been restored.
